The Body Prjct and Boogie Down Bronx Runners present an 8-week strength training class designed specifically for residents of The Bronx. This collaborative program provides strength training techniques led by certified fitness instructor Jose Bravo. The class aims to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and improve overall strength and conditioning.
